Are you an authorized BOOX dealer?
Yes. TIFAN Technologies is an authorized Canadian dealer of BOOX products. Every device is genuine and sold with the full manufacturer warranty.
How fast is shipping, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free across Canada. Orders typically leave our Oakville location within one business day and arrive in 2–7 business days depending on your province.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a device. See our Returns page for condition requirements and how to start a return. Open-box devices are final sale and not eligible for return.
What does 'open box' mean?
Open-box devices were returned, inspected, and fully tested by us. They carry the same warranty as new devices, cost less, and many include a free case. Cosmetic condition is described on each product page.
How does the warranty work?
BOOX devices include the manufacturer's warranty. If anything goes wrong, contact us: as an authorized dealer we'll help you through the claim process with BOOX from start to finish.
Can I try devices before buying?
Yes, that's what our Oakville showroom is for. Visit 466 Speers Road to compare every size and model in person. Walk-ins welcome; appointments recommended for dedicated demos.
Which BOOX should I buy?
Rough guide: Palma or Go 6/7 for reading on the go; Go 10.3 or Note Air for note-taking and PDFs; Note Max or Tab X for full-page documents and professional work; Mira monitors for all-day desk use. Our comparison guides go deeper, or ask us directly.
Do BOOX devices work with Kindle, Kobo, and library books?
Yes. BOOX devices run Android, so you can install Kindle, Kobo, Libby/OverDrive, and virtually any other reading app alongside your own EPUB and PDF files.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and the payment options shown at checkout. For business volume orders we can issue formal quotes and invoices; see our Business page. Installment plans are available through Klarna and Affirm at checkout.
Do you discount accessories?
Yes. Buy any accessory in the same order as a new BOOX device and it is automatically 30% off at checkout. No code needed. The discount applies to accessories bought with new devices; open-box devices do not qualify.
