If you find a lower advertised price for the same new product from another authorized Canadian BOOX dealer, contact us before or within 7 days of purchase and we'll match it.
Shipping
Free shipping on all orders across Canada. Orders ship from Oakville, Ontario, typically within one business day, with tracking provided.
Warranty service
All devices carry the full manufacturer warranty. Contact us for any claim and we'll guide you through the process with BOOX.
Privacy
TIFAN Technologies Inc. collects only the information needed to process your order, arrange delivery, and provide support: your name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. We never sell or rent your personal information. Newsletter emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, contact our privacy officer at al_naeb@tifan.ca.

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers. TIFAN never stores your full card details. Installment payments are available through Klarna and Affirm.
