Returns
We want you to love your device. If it's not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
30-day window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for online orders, or purchase date for showroom purchases.
Condition requirements
Devices should be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, free of damage beyond normal careful handling. Devices with heavy wear, damage, or missing items may be subject to a partial refund.
Open-box devices
Open-box devices are final sale and cannot be returned. Every open-box unit is inspected and fully tested before sale, and the manufacturer warranty still covers defects.
How to start a return
Email info@tifan.ca or call +1 365-773-2006 with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. You can also return in person at our Oakville showroom.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days.
Warranty claims
A defect isn't a return; it's a warranty case, and there's no 30-day limit. Contact us and we'll help you through the manufacturer's warranty claim process.
